Tiferet Group created Israel’s modern fleet management which it pioneered during 1995. After experiencing significant growth of demand, Tiferet Group decided to establish Operate Lease Ltd which was incorporated in 1998. Operate Lease Ltd deals in the car leasing and fleet management sectors.

Operate Lease owns and manages approximately 10,000 vehicles and employs 220 workers. It operates more than 110 workshops to maintain its vehicles, and owns 15 sites that sell old cars, logistically operate the replacement cars and serve clients.

Operate Lease has hundreds of corporate clients, including many of the biggest companies in Israel, such as – IBM Israel, Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, Melanox, some leading banks in Israel (Bank Hapoalim, Discount Bank, The First International Bank, Otzar Hahayal Bank),as well as large consumer groups such as Unilever etc.

Vered Visler Gants Insurance Agency was founded in 2002. Since 2007, insurance companies are registered with and regulated by the Ministry of Finance.

The company is run by Vered Visler Gants, who holds an M.B.A. in Political Science and Administration. Vered is a licensed insurance broker, specializing in life insurance, pensions and finances, general elementary insurance, and marine insurance. In addition, Vered is a member of the Institute of Insurance Brokers and a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The Gants insurance agency works in cooperation with all the insurance companies in Israel, including Migdal, Harel, Phoenix, Clal, Menora Mivtachim, Ayalon, and Hachshara. Subsequently, the agency also works in cooperation with investment brokers such as Meitav Dash, Altshuler Shaham, and Psagot.

The agency serves 12,000 private clients in all aspects of insurance, as well as a large number of business clients. Most of the policies issued have been for elementary insurance, pension management, and long-term savings.

The Gants agency has more than 40 employees, including academics who have received Agency training to provide service in underwriting, claims and sales.

The company provides an important service for Tiferet Group’s clients, and plays an essential role while constituting a complementary division.

N. Feldman & Son LTD. Was founded in 1934 as a family company.
Since then, the company has been the importer and distributor of leading companies in the transport, construction and agriculture sectors as Fiat-Hitachi, Iveco, FIAT and FORD Ag., Metso minerals And more.
Currently, the company became a major actor in the Israeli machinery market, importing:∙
Agricultural Machinery (New Holland and CASE),
Construction Equipment (GEHL and Atlas Copco),
Lubricants (Castrol)
and Spare Parts
During 2016, The Feldman’s company became a part of the Tiferet group. Merging into the Tiferet group gives the company a solid financial base with exposure to many more potential customers.
Over 50 people are working at The company employee over 50 professional employers, well trained and dedicated to it success. The company gives the supports to our customers with senior engineers to in all their commercial and technical needs.

Tiferet Halafim is a distributor of vehicle spare parts all over Israel and operates from its two branches, in Holon (near Tel-Aviv) and in Haifa. It also has a fleet of commercial cars that distribute spare parts all over the country. Tiferet Halafim has many clients, small and big workshops, as well as insurance companies and fleet management companies.

Tiferet Hamechonit was founded in 1969. It was the first car lease and Non-bank financing company in Israel. Tiferet Hamechonit financed the purchase of thousands of vehicles until establishing Operate Lease Ltd. Tiferet Hamechonit holds 50% of Operate Lease Ltd, and owns some of the Group’s commercial real estate including a gas station, a share of a shopping and business center in Haifa, etc.
